So your Vision is complete It All Starts with a Vision! Planning is in order Key Concepts to Planning and you have followed it up with Action IT Works If You Work IT. Now what do you do while you wait?
Waiting can be one of the most challenging things to do at times and it can often feel or seem like FOREVER. It's like a kid in a candy store where you want what you want when you want it. Society is so accustomed to wanting microwave instant results, that they are so impatient with the process. We want it NOW! When you were little maybe throwing a fit to get what you wanted worked, but as an adult that may not be so true. God doesn't move on your time but only on His time. Waiting produces patience and endurance, so as you wait you are maturing. See you get something for all the time you put in 🙂 While you diligently wait for your vision and goals to come to pass, here are some helpful reminders to keep and tips to apply:
Be persistent. Keep at it until you see results. Keep pushing and pressing towards your goals. Be encouraged. Stay encouraged through the process. You have to believe that your work is producing good fruit even it you can't see it. Remind yourself of the passion you have and why you are doing this. Be faithful. You planted the seed so you must continue to tend to it. Maintain consistency the whole way through. Hold on to your dream tightly because its yours and you birthed it.
Be patient with the process. Nothing rarely ever happens over night and it always takes time. Enjoy the journey and watch everything unfold.
Don't give up on your dream, God or yourself. Galatians 6:9 says, "And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." You don't want to give up right when you are at your break thru. Also, you never know who will be blessed if you stick it out.
Trust the process and the plan. God is still in control and he knows what He is doing. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. (Hebrews 13:8). The Lord hasn't changed an won't change. His word will not return void and it will accomplish what its set out to accomplish. (Isaiah 55:11). Keep trusting God to fulfill his promises in your life. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5). Don't attempt to take matters in your own hands because the promise hasn't been fulfilled in "your time".
Have and Maintain the attitude of working for God and not for man. (Col 3:23-24). God is your source, not man and your reward comes from Him.
Wait on the Lord, He will renew your strength. (Isaiah 40:31). When you have done all that you can and things get rough, just wait on Him. The Lord will give you the strength that you need to continue. Always remember that he has equipped you for where you are going and will supply.
Use what you have and start out where you are. Do all that you can do. You are only accountable for what you can do and not what you can't do.
Be hopeful. "And we know that all things work together for the good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. (Romans 8:28). Be positive at all cost and guard your heart and your mind.
Habakkuk 2:3 states. "For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry." Your vision will come to pass on time and it will not be late. Hold fast and stay steady, as you watch it come to fruition. Sowing and reaping implies and requires a wait time. Nothing good grows overnight. In order to see the fruits of your labor you must be patient. There is a season and a time for everything, both sowing and reaping. As you plant and water, know that God gives the increase. (1 Cor. 3:7). Maybe waiting won't be so bad after all, as their is a greater reward on the other side!
There is provision for the vision!
