Yesterday December 5, 2013 the world was grieved with the tragic news of the loss of Nelson Mandela. Uniquely Uncut pays tribute and homage to the legendary and Former South African President, Nelson Mandela. Mandela is recognized by the world for his major contribution to ensure freedom and equal rights for African Americans and every walk of life, form South Africa as well as the nation. Mandela could not and would not be stopped. Not even after spending 27 years in prison, isolation could not stop him, break him nor contain him. He fought for what was right until freedom was gained. Mandela became S. Africa's first black President and his leadership and reign will be missed forever. He is a man who took on a white regime in the midst adversity and racism.

6. Honesty/Integrity

  1. Be clear and concise with my expectations and desires to avoid sending mixed messages (say what I mean and mean what I say) Have clear boundaries. (8)

  2. Stay true and stand strong on my Moral Principles by living by my beliefs (practice what you preach) (7)

  3. Strive to be whole by not wavering, trust my intuition(trust and use what I already know to be true) and not be divided. (5)

Day 5: Envision Your Values in Action

I am excited that yesterdays Day 4 exercise was the first step in creating a personal mission statement. Today we are taking it a step further and working on Part 2 of my mission statement. This is actually the next step is my Book- "5:Where will I be 5 years from today?" Killing two birds with one stone, I love it! Confirmation that I am moving in the right direction 🙂

It is time for some Action! What good is saying a thing and knowing a thing but doing the complete opposite? Its time to put an end to all this talking of goals, values and visions and put forth action to make it come to pass. How bad do you really want it? Prove it! So bad that you are willingly to press the issue?!
