Day 15: List 100 Things That Make You Happy

Today is all about reminding yourself of what you want to 
see more of in your life. 

Make a list of 100 things that make you happy. The idea is that by 
verbalizing them, you will consciously (or subconsciously) seek them out more often. 
What makes you happy? What kinds of things, people, activities, music, memories, 
places, foods, smells, make you feel alive? Sit down for about half an hour and come up 
with a list of 100 things. I know, it sounds like a lot, but once you get going, you realize 
that there are actually hundreds of things that make you happy! Nothing is too small or 
silly to put on this list. It’s YOUR list. Don’t think. Just write. Whatever first comes to 
mind will be real and true for you.

6. Honesty/Integrity

  1. Be clear and concise with my expectations and desires to avoid sending mixed messages (say what I mean and mean what I say) Have clear boundaries. (8)

  2. Stay true and stand strong on my Moral Principles by living by my beliefs (practice what you preach) (7)

  3. Strive to be whole by not wavering, trust my intuition(trust and use what I already know to be true) and not be divided. (5)

Day 5: Envision Your Values in Action

I am excited that yesterdays Day 4 exercise was the first step in creating a personal mission statement. Today we are taking it a step further and working on Part 2 of my mission statement. This is actually the next step is my Book- "5:Where will I be 5 years from today?" Killing two birds with one stone, I love it! Confirmation that I am moving in the right direction 🙂

It is time for some Action! What good is saying a thing and knowing a thing but doing the complete opposite? Its time to put an end to all this talking of goals, values and visions and put forth action to make it come to pass. How bad do you really want it? Prove it! So bad that you are willingly to press the issue?!

can incorporate my values into my daily life.

Day 4: Identify Your Values

It is only Day 4 and this has been an amazing journey. From the exploration, thought provoking activities to soul searching and honesty. If you have not been to HappyWoman.com I suggest you check it out. The 31dayreset FB community is awesome! I have never seen so many positive and loving women in the same place (social media). Has me rethinking the use of Social Media. It can be powerful, life changing and meaningful depending on how you use it.
