Day 16: Imagine Your Perfect Day
“Happiness consists of living each day as if it were the first day of your honeymoon and the last
day of your vacation”
– Leo Tolstoy

Today’s Exercise

Think about your life as it is right now. What would be a perfect day for you? What
would you be doing? What would you NOT be doing? Who would be with you? What
would your perfect day look, smell, taste, feel and sound like? Read through your 100
things list again and then take 30 minutes to jot down your first thoughts (don’t think
about it too much, just write!) about your perfect day. Just like in your ideal life
narrative, keep your sentences in present tense. Also, remember to keep your perfect
day within a 24-hour period to make it seem as real as possible for you.

Day 12: Conduct a Time Audit
"If you have time to whine and complain about something then you have the time to do
something about it."
– Anthony D'Angelo

Hmmmmm Anthony D'Angelo guess I have more time that I thought!

Today’s assignment requires you to think critically about how you spend your time. In order to do this, you will conduct a 24-Hour Time Audit. Simply use the format below to account for each hour of your time on a typical 24-hour period. You may also look to how you spent your time yesterday or in a pattern over the past week.

Day 11: Craft Your Ideal Life Narrative
Do what you want to do before you die. That's it. That's all life is about. We're the ones who
complicate what's simple.

Visualizing where you want to be, where you want to go and what you want to accomplish has been and is very powerful. For me where I know that I often go wrong is visualizing way too much, but never actually put it down on paper. You want to be able to see exactly what you visualize with the ability to go back and review it often.

Habakkuk 2:2 says, "Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it." Vision creates direction for your life. Proverbs 29:18 (MSG) says, "If people cant see what God is doing, they stumble all over themselves; But when they attend to what he reveals, thy are most blessed." Having a visual aid of your ideal life gives you direction and perspective.

Today’s Exercise
Your ideal life narrative is basically you telling a story about the life you want for yourself.

Day 6: Write a Personal Mission Statement
Focus on doing what you were put here on earth to do. Everything else is a distraction.

Day 4 + Day 5 = Personal Mission Statement.

Today’s Exercise
There are many ways to go about creating your own personal mission statement, but this exercise will take you through the same three-step formula that I use in my workshops.
