Day 15: List 100 Things That Make You Happy

Today is all about reminding yourself of what you want to 
see more of in your life. 

Make a list of 100 things that make you happy. The idea is that by 
verbalizing them, you will consciously (or subconsciously) seek them out more often. 
What makes you happy? What kinds of things, people, activities, music, memories, 
places, foods, smells, make you feel alive? Sit down for about half an hour and come up 
with a list of 100 things. I know, it sounds like a lot, but once you get going, you realize 
that there are actually hundreds of things that make you happy! Nothing is too small or 
silly to put on this list. It’s YOUR list. Don’t think. Just write. Whatever first comes to 
mind will be real and true for you.

Commanding your day by Forcing the Issue! 

Are you getting tired of constantly thinking about the change you want to see? How long have you been talking about your goals, dreams, desires and passions? Are your friends and family getting sick of listening to your story? Have you lost your drive and fell on and off again? Do you go super hard for what you want and then slowly fall back into the same normal routine? Are you committed to seeing the change you want for yourself? Or are you merely just interested in that dream because it looks good? How bad do you really want whatever it is that you are seeking? I don't know about you but I am over it! Ain't nobody go time for that! I want it so bad I am willing to do whatever it is I have to! Even if it means Forcing the Issue! What about you?
