Today’s Exercise 
Think about your life as it is right now. What would be a perfect day for you? What 
would you be doing? What would you NOT be doing? Who would be with you? What 
would your perfect day look, smell, taste, feel and sound like? Read through your 100 
things list again and then take 30 minutes to jot down your first thoughts (don’t think 
about it too much, just write!) about your perfect day. Just like in your ideal life 
narrative, keep your sentences in present tense. Also, remember to keep your perfect 
day within a 24-hour period to make it seem as real as possible for you.

Day 15: List 100 Things That Make You Happy 
"Be happy now. Don't wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future."

Today is all about reminding yourself of what you want to 
see more of in your life. 

Make a list of 100 things that make you happy. The idea is that by 
verbalizing them, you will consciously (or subconsciously) seek them out more often. 
What makes you happy? What kinds of things, people, activities, music, memories, 
places, foods, smells, make you feel alive? Sit down for about half an hour and come up 
with a list of 100 things. I know, it sounds like a lot, but once you get going, you realize 
that there are actually hundreds of things that make you happy! Nothing is too small or 
silly to put on this list. It’s YOUR list. Don’t think. Just write. Whatever first comes to 
mind will be real and true for you.

Day 13: Redesign Your Day

After completing my 24hr-Time Adult there is much room for patterns to be modified and changed. I had great insight and was extremely aware of where my time was going. I know exactly how I want my ideal day to be and precisely how it would look. Here goes to redesigning and creating an ideal day with just enough time to do what I love and be productive!
