Day 5: Envision Your Values in Action
It's never too late to change course.
If this is not the life you want, love yourself enough to try another path.

This post is a Part 2 so be sure to check out 31DayRESET-Day #05 Envision your Values into Action

6. Honesty/Integrity

  1. Be clear and concise with my expectations and desires to avoid sending mixed messages (say what I mean and mean what I say) Have clear boundaries. (8)

  2. Stay true and stand strong on my Moral Principles by living by my beliefs (practice what you preach) (7)

  3. Strive to be whole by not wavering, trust my intuition(trust and use what I already know to be true) and not be divided. (5)

7. Love(walking in love/romantic/companionship)

  1. Be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger. Keep emotions under control and practice grace. Be accepting. (5)

  2. Treat others with respect and dignity at all times and how I want to be treated.(5)

  3. Be open and honest with myself about wanting love, marriage and a family. Speak positively and not negatively. (1)

8. Wealth/Financial freedom/Stability

  • Add another income and work towards multiple streams-Apply for Adjunct jobs, use LPC, Blogging, etc…) (3)
  • Invest (property, business etc) (1)
  • Pay off debt on all CC. Pay more on car note payments to reduce loan length. Start a payment plan with Student Loan Company (4)

9. Career/Entrepreneurship (pursuing goals and dreams)

  1. Decide on my niche and focus for Life Coaching Career & Motivational Speaking (workshops/seminars) (2)
  2. Work towards writing an EBook and then a Book. Think of lessons/testimonies to share (2)
  3. Start landing/seeking public speaking opportunities at schools/community agencies etc and conduct a workshop/seminar (1)

10. Servant hood/Giving(time,talents & treasures)

  1. Volunteer my time @ least once a month (1)

  2. Tithes-10% with talents (1) money (10) and Fasting (1)

  3. Mentor someone else (5)

What would it really look like for you to be able to rate yourself as a
“10″ on how you live out all your values? Be honest with yourself – it’s the only way to
be able to improve upon the life you’re living now to the life you want to be living in
the future!

WOW. It was would take a tremendous amount of sacrifice, perseverance, fight, risk, patience, endurance, will and discipline. My faith, hope, belief and trust in God would be taken to a whole new level. I would be challenged and stretched. My biggest inner critic (myself) couldn't stand in the way. I must get out of my comfort zone and move from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Love would drive me. I would walk in the spirit. A lot of self-exploration, focus, determination and making the right choices. Being able to rate myself a 10 in every aspect of my life that I deem important would be walking in my fullest potential and living life the way God created and intended. It would be pure bliss and a blessing that mere words could not describe.
